When yachts travel from Europe to the United Kingdom they must, in most cases, complete some border formalities.
The UK Home Office has been working to make this as convenient as possible, and has established an online reporting system called SPCR (Submit a Pleasure Craft Report).
Now they are trying to ensure that everyone concerned knows about the reporting requirements and how to use the online system.
