The annual membership fee is due in January. When you pay, we’ll renew your membership for another year without any more formalities.
The membership fee is the same as before: €30 single and €45 family. So far, the Association has never increased the membership fees.
The preferred payment method is a standing order from your bank to the Association’s bank, and almost all our members have already set up such an arrangement. Here are the details:
Bank of Ireland, University Branch, Montrose, Dublin 4.
IBAN: IE65 BOFI 9013 5149 9750 79
BIC: BOFIIE2D
Sort code: 90-13-51
Account: 4997 5079
Name: Cruising Association of Ireland
Narrative: (Full name of the member, please!)
Special offer
For the eight members who joined in October, November or December, the first renewal is free. They don’t need to do anything; membership will be renewed automatically.
Direct payment
If you choose to make explicit direct payments instead of a standing order, you can pay on the website. Visit the ‘Join us’ page, select the ‘Membership fee’ product and check out.
You can also pay by bank transfer using the details above. Please be careful to provide enough information to identify yourself.
Enquiries
The days when you could slip a couple of bank notes to a committee member at the first event of the year have passed, but if you need help with payment please contact the treasurer: hontreas@cruising.ie.
For all other membership enquiries contact us at membership@cruising.ie, or simply talk to a committee member.
Timetable
If you haven’t set up a Standing Order yet, or the date of your standing order is later than January, now is a good time to act. Otherwise you don’t need to do anything yet.
In January, fees are due.
In February we’ll remind members who haven’t paid.
In March anyone who hasn’t paid will cease to be a member. That means no vote, no access to the website or WhatsApp groups, and no participation in CAI events. We’ll keep sending newsletters unless you unsubscribe.
