What to do now?
Many thanks to those who have renewed their membership by standing order or in the website shop.
If you have set up a Standing Order, your membership will be renewed when payment reaches us and there’s nothing more for you to do.
If you haven’t, then this is a good time to do it. If you don’t want to, then pay at the website sometime before the end of January.
If you can’t remember whether you’re a member or how you paid last time, just ask: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The annual membership fee is due during January. If you pay, we’ll renew your membership for another year without any more formalities.
The preferred payment method is a standing order from your bank to the Association’s bank, and almost all our members have already set up such an arrangement. Here are the details:

For members who join in October, November or December, the first renewal is free.
That applies to seven new members who signed up this winter, and their membership has already been renewed automatically.
If you choose to make explicit direct payments instead of a standing order, you can pay on the website. Visit the ‘Join us’ page, select the ‘Membership fee’ product and check out.
You don’t have to login, but if you do it will help us to allocate your payment correctly.
You can also pay by bank transfer using the details above. Please be careful to provide enough information to identify yourself.
The days when you could slip a couple of bank notes to a committee member at the first event of the year have passed, but if you need help with payment please contact the treasurer: email@example.com.
