Use this form to make a provisional booking for a boat on an event organised by the Cruising Association of Ireland.
You can also use the form to add or change information later:

Every boat that participates in a CAI event must be covered by adequate third-party insurance.
Notes about the booking form
The information you provide will be seen by the cruise organisers. Some information may be shared with cruise participants, caterers and berthing organisations. All the information you provide will be kept safe. It will be discarded when it’s no longer needed, some time after the event. When you submit the form, you are giving us your consent to do this.
If you don’t have all the details now, submit the form with blank fields and fill them in later.
- For administration we need to know the boat name and skipper’s contact details.
- For berthing and for safety at sea we need to know the boat’s length, beam, draft, hull colour, make and model.
- For general interest we would like to know the name of each person who might be aboard at any time. You don’t have to repeat the skipper’s contact details. This is optional.
- If you would like to sit with anyone in particular at meals, let us know. This is optional.
- If you intend to join late, leave early or visit different ports, please tell us your itinerary.
