The Annual General Meeting of the Association was held in the National Yacht Club at 16:15 on Saturday 7 March 2025.

After the meeting at 19:00 dinner will be served in the Dining Room, followed by speeches and presentations. There could be a musical session too, so bring your instrument!
The event is open to members and guests, but voting is restricted to paid-up members. The current list of paid-up members who are eligible to vote is available with other AGM documents below. Club staff will serve a sit down meal followed by dessert and tea or coffee.
You must book and pay for the meal in advance, so that we can provide accurate numbers to the caterer. If you have special dietary requirements or prefer a vegetarian option, let us know in the order notes.
