The Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held in the downstairs meeting room (Wet Bar) of the Royal Irish Yacht Club at 17:30 on Saturday 8 March 2025.
After the meeting at 19:15 dinner will be served in the Dining Room. There will be musical entertainment too, provided by Sean Whelan and Alex. That could well lead to a general session, so bring your instrument!
The event is open to members and guests, but voting is restricted to paid-up members. The current list of paid-up members who are eligible to vote is available with other AGM documents below. Club staff will serve a sit down meal with a starter main course followed by dessert and tea or coffee.
You must book and pay for the meal in advance, so that we can provide accurate numbers to the caterer.
