Tom Cunliffe and Bill Aylward have launched a new app for Apple devices that elegantly combines traditional navigation techniques with digital charts.
AngelNav is a full-featured chart plotter with GPS and AIS, but it also lets you draw lines and symbols as you would on a paper chart.
My Yeoman Plotter brings GPS technology to paper charts using a digitiser mat and a puck. AngelNav does the opposite, bringing sights and vector diagrams to digital charts.
